Sabrina Aery, Founder and Principal

Sabrina Aery is an expert in the continually evolving drug pricing and access landscape.  At the forefront of how innovative medicines are valued and reimbursed for the past 30 years, she guides organizations through the business implications of policy changes so that biopharmaceutical innovation may thrive. 

Sabrina is known for her unique, 360 degree perspective on the most pressing drug pricing issues of our time, including IRA readiness and mitigation strategies, 340B solutions, and MFN impacts. Her combined business acumen, policy expertise, and deeply informed knowledge of the current healthcare landscape make her a highly sought-after partner when organizations need to focus on first-ever solutions as well as complex and evolving areas of concern. 

Most recently, Sabrina has advised biopharmaceutical clients, trade associations and advisory consultancies on policy and business dynamics surrounding GLOBE, GUARD and GENEROUS.  She also regularly offers subject matter expertise to policy makers and implementers seeking private sector insights on  340B and drug pricing policy.  

Prior to establishing Aery Policy and Access Partners, Sabrina held US and Global Market Access and Policy leadership roles in the biopharmaceutical industry.  She has also led a strategic business sector for a health plan, giving her first-hand experience of payer pressures and priorities, and earlier in her career oversaw fiscal operations for a patient care facility. 

Sabrina has published on 340B and Medicare Part B MFP effectuation and is a frequent speaker at drug pricing and forecasting conferences, as well as a guest lecturer at colleges and universities.
